A UNIQUE ULTERRA GPS FRONT MOUNT / FRESH WATER motor
The real specificity of the Ulterra: you can stow it, deploy it and adjust it from the remote control, the pedal, a connected Humminbird, and now from the One Boat Network app. All solutions that avoid the need for you to move to maneuver it. This major advantage becomes particularly valuable when there are several people fishing at the front of the boat, minimizing the risk of falling overboard.
Auto Stow & Deploy: Launching and recovery of the Ulterra is simply done by pressing a button on your wireless remote control, your pedal, the One-Boat Network application, or from a Humminbird sounder handset.
Power Trim System: The adjustment of the height of the submerged motor (TRIM) is also done from the wireless remote control, the control pedal, the HUMMINBIRD sounder and the One Boat Network mobile application, not requiring manual intervention on the motor, the fisherman can remain fully focused on his fishing actions.
One-Boat Network: Ready to use, Minn Kota motors come standard with all connection cables to connect to Humminbird sounder handsets (compatible), unlocking more advanced navigation features without additional adapters or complicated setup procedures.
Programmable electric pedal: Left/right direction buttons, plus a user-programmable shortcut button to keep the most used features within foot reach.
New wireless remote control: All Ulterras come with the new wireless remote control compatible with the One-Boat Network application.
Improved GPS system: The most reliable fishing navigation system. The motor uses the GPS to control your motor with unmatched features. Set Spot-Locks, record routes, control speed and direction... Minn Kota makes boat positioning and control automatic, while taking the controls from the motor's wireless remote control.
Drift mode: Today, fishermen must constantly struggle against environmental conditions to maintain a steady course and speed. Drift mode simultaneously uses the heading keeper and speed regulator to manage boat control. Fishermen no longer need a floating anchor or other auxiliary aids to control the boat's movement.
Spot-Lock: Function allowing you to stabilize your boat around a point memorized in the remote control (or in the handset). The motor is autonomous to compensate for the effects of wind, current, etc...
AutoPilot: Your GPS precision allows you to maintain the boat in the preset direction while correcting the effects of drift related to the current or wind.
Digital Maximizer: With the Maximizer, just choose the desired speed and the motor will regulate the course by reducing energy consumption, thus extending the life of the battery and the mechanics for the same available power.
