The HELIX 8 CHIRP GPS G4N features an 8-inch screen, a CHIRP Dual Spectrum sounder on 2D sounders, but also on MEGA Down Imaging+ MEGA Side Imaging+. Like all HELIX G4N models, the HELIX 8 includes standard features such as AutoChart Live, Wi-Fi and NMEA 2000, in addition to Bluetooth® and Ethernet networks for compatibility with the Humminbird, Minn Kota and Cannon One-Boat Network ™ product family.

This gives the products a real increase in image definition. All devices will be equipped with the new Humminbird Chirp probe which allows to obtain the DUAL SPECTRUM Chirp technology. Formerly available only on high-end models, the MEGA Imaging+ technology equips this new product range. A new advance that offers anglers a considerably improved Mega Side Imaging and Mega Down Imaging, giving even more details and information. You have never seen your fishing areas in this way, The Mega Imaging + offers an accuracy 3 times higher than the current best Imaging technologies. This is undoubtedly the clearest, sharpest and most precise you have ever seen thanks to the use of frequencies in the Megahertz range, fish don't stand a chance.

Dual Spectrum CHIRP: Dual Spectrum offers two search methods: wide mode for maximum coverage and narrow mode for maximum detail.

MEGA Down Imaging +: Get unprecedented underwater clarity with 20% more detail than MEGA Down Imaging sonar.

MEGA Side Imaging +: Discover the underwater world like never before with crystal-clear vision with 20% more detail than MEGA Side Imaging sonar.

AutoChart Live: Create real-time maps of your fishing sites. Map depth contours, bottom hardness and vegetation as you drive your boat, with eight hours of built-in recording time.

Ethernet Networking: High-speed Ethernet allows you to build a powerful and professional-level fishing system. Easily connect multiple sounders and/or electric motors and move to complementary technologies such as Minn Kota's I-Pilot, 360 Imaging and CHIRP radar.

Bluetooth: Enable features such as wireless software updates from the Humminbird FishSmart app and keep your phone in your pocket by displaying notifications on your Humminbird handset. You can also take control of your most used functions with the optional Bluetooth remote control (RC2).

Built-in NMEA 2000 network: The HELIX G4N series includes NMEA 2000 support to display engine and boat information, navigation weather data.
