Cette nouvelle technologie développée par TORAY permet d’augmenter considérablement la résistance des bas de ligne et par conséquent de pêcher plus fin. La force d’une chaîne dépend de son maillon le plus faible et il en va de même pour un bas de ligne dont le point de faiblesse est constitué par ses noeuds de jonction. La réalisation d’un noeud fragilise nécessairement le fluorocarbone en raison des contraintes mécaniques et de friction créées lors du serrage. Pour solutionner ce problème, TORAY a inventé la technologie NANOSLIT qui génère des nano rainures (1/1000000 mm) à la surface du fil afin de réduire considérablement les contraintes de frottements lors de la réalisation des noeuds et ainsi éviter sa détérioration. Un fluorocarbone sans mémoire qui ne vrille jamais même dans les plus fins diamètres. Petit plus, le format compact des bobines apporte un gain de place non négligeable.
