System of high technology to radiant burner and stainless cupola allowing to use the whole like barbecue or stove. Perfect and constant distribution of heat in barbecue mode and cooking with open fire in stove mode. Lower part of barbecue with full dual envelope in stainless steel. Tube swivelling venturi with manual releasing allowing to change quickly and in full safety the bottle of gas during cooking. Function using bottles standard (CV270/CV470/CV270 Plus/CV470 Plus).
Barbecues certified with the directives 90/393/CEE and 92/42/CEE.
