building on the success of our original gravity carp rods, the sonik team has developed something really special with the new gravity! months of testing and precision design techniques have produced a rod capable of casting to extreme distances. the high-modulus, low-resin carbon blank provides a very powerful casting action and delivers an ultra-fast tip recovery for accuracy! furthermore, the handle features an anti-torsion core, offering more power for the cast without compromising the rod blank's action. the blank has been fitted with ultra-light black dl seaguide tdg rings with a pvd coating that further enhance this rod's casting capability... in the right hands, the sky is the limit! finished with smart semi-matte armoured carbon and a slim Japanese duplon handle, the gravity is in a class of its own. other features include an anti-tangle tip ring and a 17 mm dps reel seat for modern long-distance reels. all models, except the two 10 feet versions, are fitted with 50 mm guides. there are two 10 feet 3 lb-3,5 lb models, three 12 feet versions 3 lb, 3,25 lb and 3,5 lbtc and a 13 feet 3,75 lb for the absolute distance seeker. a dedicated 12 feet spod/marker rod is also available.
