resulting from the collaboration between pro angler andy montgomery and our team of engineers, here is the new reel team lew’s pro sp skipping and pitching reel. the super-flat spool holds up to 46 meters of braid in 0.32mm, allowing faster line payout and preventing tangles caused by overly deep spools. a specific slot for the backing knot, the knot slot, allows ultra-smooth winding. the drag system with external adjustment quietcast® acb system includes a specific « skipping zone », which optimizes casting distance and reduces backlash when casting a lure under an obstacle, for example. a very complete reel, therefore, that puts lew’s technology at the service of skipping and pitching techniques.
