THE RELIABLE MOTOR

The Riptide PowerDrive has been used for years by saltwater anglers seeking dependable performance and intelligent control.

GPS motors are supplied with a WIRELESS remote to operate all functions.

Deployment assist lever: easily lower and raise the motor from the water. Simply press the lever to deploy your trolling motor and when it's time to stow it, it folds away easily and securely.

Enhanced GPS system: the most reliable navigation system for fishing. The motor uses GPS to control your unit with unrivaled features. Set Spot-Locks, save routes, control speed and direction, .... Minn Kota makes boat positioning and control automatic while taking commands from the motor's wireless remote.

One-Boat Network : ready to use, Minn Kota motors come standard with all linking cables to connect to Humminbird combo sounders (compatible), unlocking advanced navigation features without additional adapters or complicated setup procedures.

Digital Maximizer : Without Maximizer, motors run at a constant power regardless of boat speed. Result: high electrical consumption and motor overheating. This reduces time on the water and causes premature wear of the motor.
With the Maximizer, simply choose the desired speed and the motor will regulate performance by reducing energy consumption, thereby extending battery and mechanical life for the same available power.

Carbon-fiber shaft stronger and more flexible, ensuring lifetime durability.

Micro Remote-Bluetooth: some motor models are supplied with the new compact wireless micro remote. If you want simplified, compact control, the waterproof Bluetooth Micro Remote provides access to main functions: Spot-Lock, speed, direction and AutoPilot.

Spot-Lock : A feature that stabilizes your boat within a 60 cm radius around a point stored in the remote (or in the unit). The motor autonomously compensates for wind, current, etc…

AutoPilot : Your GPS accuracy maintains the boat on the predefined heading while correcting for drift caused by current or wind.

Push-to-Test : press a button for an instant battery level readout.

Corrosion protection : Motor specially prepared for use in a saline environment: improved coating protection of the motor block and encapsulation of electronic boards.
