the gpsmap® 8412xsv is compatible with all garmin technologies available on the market: dual-channel 1kw CHIRP fishfinder, ClearVü CHIRP downscan and SideVü CHIRP sideways scanning fishfinders; an ultra-high-definition fishfinder - all without requiring the installation of a black box. it is also compatible with all panoptix™ transducers - the fishfinder that sees everything. (transducers sold separately).

compatibility with nmea 2000 and garmin network lets you easily create a custom onboard electronics system (radar, autopilot, cameras, instruments, forward sonar, etc.) that you can control from your chartplotter and share across multiple displays. in addition, our exclusive onehelm™ system lets you connect third-party manufacturer equipment to display controls and operate them from your screen, such as digital switching, lighting, stabilizers, etc.
