Pin’s Yo-Zuri : Slim but muscular !

After years of loyal service, it must be acknowledged that the Pin’s Minnow remains a timeless reference for the opening of the trout season !

This lure, which one might assume to be a finesse bait from its profile, is actually specifically designed to take on currents. In short, it loves the current! It is ideal for the shallows, such as large smooth flats, because when fished with a high rod it runs in the skin of the water. For animation, we recommend a simple steady retrieve only punctuated by a few light twitches. It is excellent for covering a lot of water quickly but also proves very useful for subtle pitching under the rod. Its swim is straight and stable, which allows you to venture very close to covers and rocks. Its vibrations are fairly discreet, which is an advantage with salmonids often frightened by overly intense wobbling. It should also be noted that it is not very noisy, which is another plus for wary fish.

Far from the flashy color schemes you can find here and there, the shades are very natural. Everyone will choose their favourite color according to their playground, but the "speckled trout" and "bleak" finishes remain standards for many of us!

If the 5 cm (2 gr) is an all-rounder, the 7 cm (4 gr) model will allow the specific targeting of the bigger females or even sea trout. Note that it also performs extremely well on chub, perch and on all the fine fish that target small prey (more frequent than you might think!).

In short, a sure bet to have in your box.
