the very limited series of jmc performer infinity rods, which enjoyed huge success in 2025, was only a foretaste of the arrival of the new generation: the performer 2.0. these fly rods retain the dna of the legendary performer, which have always been developed in collaboration with competitor members of the french fly-fishing team. mounted on a next-generation im10 40t blank, these 4 technical rods are perfectly in line with modern fly-fishing approaches.

the 9’4#3/4 is intended for dry-fly fishing on small and medium rivers. it is ideal for approaches with very fine tippets. the 9’9#3/4, very versatile, is particularly effective for tandem dry/nymph fishing.

the jmc performer 2.0 10’6#2/3 and 11’2#2/3 rods were specially developed for modern nymphing on the line approaches. each rod benefits from exceptional resonance that promotes strike detection. its tip is distinguished by guides angled at 45°. the aim is to limit the formation of coils during casts.
