The story of the Hero rods began with the idea of offering a series of affordable yet very high-performing rods, where every rod was developed and tuned for the specific type of fishing it is most likely to be used for.

These rods are designed to serve all the Heroes, from the beginner to the serious competitive angler, with different tastes. Following strong demand, we have now exclusively added the BLACK HERO FAMILY.

The BLACK HERO family consists of four models.

Black Super Hero :
When you need a true generalist, you call the Super Hero. The 9' #5 is the hero's choice for different situations: dry fly fishing, wet fly fishing, streamer fishing. Special skills: The Super Hero is like McGuyver. A handyman who solves problems.

Black River Hero :
If you are looking for a versatile and affordable river fishing rod, look no further. The 9' #6 River Hero is a river fishing beast that casts everything from small flies to decently sized streamers. It is the choice of world fly-fishing champion Jari Heikkinen for streamer fishing. Special skills: intensive river fishing.

Black Coast Hero :
Here is the coast guard of the Hero family. When you need a rod for the coast on a budget, this 9' #7 Coast Hero is an excellent choice. It is suitable for both coastal and boat fishing. Special skills: coastal fishing.
