The GIANT MARABOU was above all created for wels catfish fishing, a fish that constantly keeps itself informed of what is happening in its environment. Very curious but also very cautious, it does not have the aggressiveness of other predators. Its auditory system, very sophisticated, allows it to amplify all perceived vibrations. That is why it requires the angler who targets them by casting to choose an artificial lure with absolute vibratory conformity.

The Giant Marabou is designed with that in mind:
• Its Colorado blade, short and wide, spins and beats the water effortlessly but without excessive drag, which allows the angler to work his lure actively under water without suffering, in the long run, from painful arm fatigue - a decisive advantage when it comes to meticulously combing the long stretches where the catfish come to hunt.

• The Marabou feathers that dress the tail tandem have been given the richest coloration to bring attractive touches of color into the heart of the water that take over from the flashes of the blade.

• The downy loft of the Marabou feathers quivers at the slightest impulse and offers predators the volume of a large, lively mouthful that they can seize without effort. Hidden within are two extra-sharp heavy-gauge treble hooks, sizes 5/0 and 3/0

• The rattling effect created by the rear weight, dressed in Marabou, which slides freely on its shaft and comes to strike the front hook and the tail hook on any irregular retrieve.

• Additional weighting (shot) can be placed at the head on the line and at the tail on the shaft, for deep holes and strong currents.
