The V-Sharp A4 sharpener is the only knife sharpener that permanently maintains the same angle on both sides of the knife. Thanks to the constant angle, a uniform sharpening of the knife. The 4 different angles allow to obtain different types of sharpness:

15° for Japanese knives - 20° for filleting knife, peeling knife or razor (blades that need to be often sharpened -> very sharp, do not last long) - 25° for kitchen knives, hunting knives, pocket knives (blades that need to be less sharpened -> Good sharpness, lasts longer) - 30° for cleavers, survival knives or blades for wood, cardboard, ropes (blades that need to be very seldom sharpened -> Very strong, lasts very long).
