what is dozer?
the dozer jacket range consists of several models. as their names suggest, each is designed for a specific user.

our main goal is to reduce weight without compromising durability, waterproofing and functionality. its construction provides a lightweight jacket ideal for warm days, but also usable year-round with an appropriate combination of technical base layers and mid-layers.
• the outer polyamide taslan fabric is the same one we have used for over 20 years.
• this fabric is coated with our system fabric membrane, making it 100% waterproof (hsw < 10 000 mm) and breathable.

how was the dozer light lightened?
first, by using an outer fabric that is 20% lighter. second, by limiting the number of pleats and layer overlaps.
without compromising waterproofing and durability, the dozer light is significantly lighter than the other models in the dozer range.

the dozer light jacket is our most versatile model. designed to be worn year-round and for all types of fishing, it is particularly suited to active anglers who move a lot or operate in changing weather conditions. with
its simple, classic design, the dozer light is the ideal choice as a casual jacket or for other outdoor activities.

what to expect?
the dozer light is the lightest and most breathable jacket in our dozer collection, while being as waterproof as the other jackets. it has fewer pockets and slightly fewer protective layers in non-critical areas; a trade-off we made to minimize weight and packability.

dozer light features a retractable shoulder strap system designed for hands-free carrying when the jacket is not breathable enough. the strap can be easily stored in a dedicated inner pocket when not in use.

the strap attaches securely to the jacket via the buckle located inside the neck and two additional attachment points near the waist adjustment on each side.

once attached, the strap length is easily adjusted to different body shapes. the carrying straps are quick to install and remove, making them ideal for seasonal changes or active lifestyles.

• chest pockets with ykk® aquaguard® zips. inside, a hypalon attachment system allows you to hang your preferred tools using magnets and/or a reel attachment system. these pockets also provide good ventilation. waterproofing is guaranteed if the zipper is fully closed and the pockets are not submerged. despite their waterproof design, we recommend not treating them as totally watertight storage pockets. the pocket lining is partially waterproof, which means it does not allow water to drain. condensation is to be expected. also protect your phone and electronic devices.

dozer light – a word from the designer
when we set out to create the dozer light, my goal was simple: to design a jacket as performing as our most robust models, but with unmatched lightness. a jacket you almost forget you're wearing, until rain, wind or waves rage and you realise its effectiveness. the
dozer light is fully waterproof and breathable, yet incredibly light for its durability. the fabric is reinforced and tested to withstand extreme conditions. its performance is exceptional for its weight, and that perfect balance between performance and lightness is a real source of pride for me.

but what really sets dozer light apart is its versatility.

we designed a three-level ventilation system to help you stay comfortable whatever the conditions:

waterproof zippers under the arms allow heat to escape quickly when moving.
the front pockets also serve as vents, ensuring good airflow during exertion.
and in extreme situations, or simply in hot weather, you can wear the jacket like a backpack thanks to the included carrying straps.
this feature alone has saved me countless times. i can switch from maximum protection to maximum ventilation in seconds. it allows me to control my microclimate, which is essential when weather and activity level constantly vary.

unlike most technical jackets, the dozer light is designed to be worn year-round. in summer i prioritise ventilation. in winter it becomes a waterproof, windproof jacket that pairs perfectly with suitable technical base layers, like wizwool. this versatility lets me choose the jacket i take without hesitation.

equally important to me is the comfort it provides once worn. the dozer light jacket follows your movements, it doesn't hinder you. it doesn't bulk you up or weigh you down.

we like to say: it's a bulldozer in disguise.

durability has never been up for debate. every seam, every zipper and every panel has been chosen to stand the test of time. but good gear also requires exceptional craftsmanship.
