at cc moore, we firmly believe that the quality of flours affects the effectiveness of boilies. our mixes are made from high-quality, digestible and naturally attractive ingredients. these ingredients have proven to be much more effective than low-quality, inexpensive flours. these types of flour often need to be "masked" by flavours and colours to make them attractive enough for fish.

while our baits are, without doubt, milder than many other boilies on the market, we consider this an important indicator of the digestibility, solubility and natural attraction properties of our baits. in boilie manufacture, a high incorporation of soluble ingredients tends to reduce the bitterness of boilies (unless high levels of binders are used), but also increases the appeal and digestibility of these baits.

if the ingredients are semi- or fully soluble in water, not only do they break down and send out powerful olfactory signals to fish, but they are also much easier for the carp to digest. a boilie partially soluble in water is already very digestible, but adding enzymes through pre-digested ingredients makes our baits even more digestible.

by using combinations of pre-digested ingredients (such as milk proteins, plant proteins, meat proteins, eggs, fish and crustacean meals), our baits can, in the long term, become a source of essential nutrients, in amino acids and enzymes for fish. with the relatively high inclusion of natural extracts and some ingredients exclusive to cc moore & co ltd, our mixes are truly different from others and carp will have baits they have never seen before. if you fish with these baits, you can be sure of the quality of your baits.
