The BG Off Shore rods are designed for spinning for pelagic fish from a boat. From fishing for bonito and other little tunny to targeting tuna, the BG range covers a large proportion of these offshore sport fisheries.

The HVF carbon blank is fitted with Fuji K guides and a Fuji screw-down reel seat with a locking ring to secure the reel for offshore fishing.

The BG80MAF is the lightest rod in the range. Ideal for fishing for small blue fish: bonito, little tunny, bullet tuna and large mackerel, as well as bluefish. The tip action makes it easy to cast compact lures long distances to reach surface feeding fish.
With its 30-90 g casting weight, the BG78MHAF is perfect for light exotic fishing, as well as for bullet tuna and leerfish.
The long BG83MHAF model, with a 30-90 g casting weight, reaches the most distant surface feeding fish thanks to its length.
The BG77XHAF is a powerful model with plenty of reserve power in the butt for large bullet tuna and small tuna.
The BG79HAF is a tuna rod with a two-piece construction that makes it easier to transport without compromising its reserve power. Its 60-120 g casting weight makes it very versatile.
The BG85XHAF is the most powerful rod in the range. Its extra length makes it easy to control fish during the fight and gives the angler a distinct advantage when casting long distances.
