the new bull dog ii 7.0 evolution rod from tenryu was designed for european use and is very versatile. it allows fishing for long hours with soft lures or with a jig without feeling any fatigue. its 2,13m length allows perfect control of soft lures, while permitting a large sweep when working the bait, necessary when the bottom quickly changes depth. the same applies to using a jig up to 150g where it is very pleasant to use. when casting, its action, both smooth and powerful, is wonderful whether it concerns hard lures, small soft lures, small jigs or surface lures. very progressive at the tip, its blank allows gently mastering all european marine predators (meagre, sea bass, pollack, seabream, dentex, conger, red gurnard) with definite pleasure. this model is praised by many competitors on the labrax cup circuit. in 2012, the bull dog evolves again to receive the new generations of fuji guides and to gain even more in performance.
