The Phoxy Minnow HW 40S – 50S – 62S range is now well-rounded with 3 complementary sizes. It was designed to provide you with even greater efficiency in strong currents thanks to its particular design and perfect balance. A real trap for trout and chub.

Its strongly laterally compressed profile, angular lip and high density give it superior stability in parts of the water where the flow is very fast. Thus, even when casting downstream, it will not be ejected from the areas to be fished.

Offering little resistance to air and water, the Phoxy Minnow HW 40S – 50S – 62S casts with precision and adopts a lively action at the slightest rod-tip input. Note that on the 62 mm model we have fitted an internal magnetic-type mass transfer system. When the cast is triggered, the cylindrical weight detaches from the magnet and provides an incredible boost that allows the lure to be propelled long distances and with a highly precise trajectory. As soon as the lure hits the water, the magnet pulls the weighting back into place and keeps it fixed at its balance point, which ensures excellent behaviour during retrieval. The 40 and 50 mm models are fitted with a fixed lead insert, which suits their small size very well.
When retrieved in a straight line, it is also highly attractive because its lowered center of gravity gives it a swim that successfully combines rolling and wobbling.
Without rattling beads and with a profile designed to best match that of the prey most consumed by trout, it will surely be your next favorite lure whether in a stream or in a medium-sized river.
