The Phoxy Minnow HW S range is expanding again with 2 additional sizes designed for powerful rivers, lakes and also for the sea. These two new models have been designed to bring you even more efficiency in strong currents thanks to a specific design and perfect balancing. This time, all predators are targeted by Phoxy Minnow 72S and 85S.

Its strongly laterally compressed silhouette, angular lip and high density give it superior stability in veins of water where the flow speed is very fast. Thus, even when casting downstream, it will not be expelled from the areas to be prospected. Offering little resistance to air and water, the Phoxy Minnow HW 72S – 85S casts with precision and adopts a lively behavior at the slightest rod-tip action.

Note that on these 72 and 85 mm models we have fitted an internal magnetic-type mass transfer system. When the cast is triggered, the cylindrical weight detaches from the magnet and provides an incredible boost that propels the lure long distances and with a very precise trajectory. As soon as the lure hits the water, the magnet pulls the weight back into place and keeps it fixed at its balance point, which ensures excellent behavior during retrieval. On a straight retrieve, it is also very attractive because its lowered center of gravity gives it a swim combining rolling and wobbling successfully.

Without rattling beads and with a profile studied to best match that of the prey most consumed by trout, it will surely be your next favorite lure whether in a stream, in a river of more or less large size or even at sea for the 85S for which specific colors have been developed.

Finally, you will notice that the belly treble hook is mounted on a rolling swivel to limit hook losses when the captured fish struggles by turning on itself, which is common with pike and trout..
