A unique sensation and durability. Aava Tiraphene rods combine all the knowledge and experience in fishing rod development we have acquired over the last 40 years. We were among the first to develop rods using the strongest, thinnest and lightest material in the world, graphene. The latest innovation, in addition to graphene, is titanium. We added titanium, like a layer of carbon fiber, to the structure of the rod blank, which allows an unprecedented combination of sensitivity and durability. The result is a unique Tiraphene rod model with a fast action but a deeper curve than usual. Traditionally, a fast rod is heavy at the tip and rigid at the base. The Tiraphene rod structure allows for longer casting and better feel of the fish and lure movement. Titanium also improves the rod's durability in conjunction with graphene. Tiraphene rods are equipped with titanium rings.
