It’s the featherweight of the range! Very light, clean design and fast action perfect for light fishing for black bass, perch and chub with small soft lures, mini cranks and mini stickbaits.

Technology is evolving at high speed, in multimedia certainly but also in the carbons available on the market. The use of micro nodules, a new IM8 but also new 30 and 40T regularly allow us to bring to a series of rods improvements that undoubtedly offer the angler mechanical properties that make his rod a formidable weapon of efficiency. True to our company culture and our feeling as anglers, in this NX4 series we offer an evolution of the most popular LX models as well as novelties that did not exist in our ranges until now.

The Blanks : Finer diameters, optimized reaction speeds, and increased resilience are the main qualities of the new blanks. The mechanical performance of the new carbon materials has also allowed us to produce rods in 2 or 3 pieces without this altering their effectiveness; which was the goal. We use the best carbon from the two best manufacturers: Toray and Mitsubishi.

Technical elements : Each blank is fitted with series of guides whose properties correspond to the stresses for which the rod is intended. Each model receives on its butt an impregnated wooden insert (denser than cork or EVA) to perfect the balance. On each rod, mounted in front of the handle, is a 3 cm braided carbon extension. Besides improving comfort when fishing with the finger on the blank, this hollow extension acts as a resonating chamber (a bit like a guitar between the strings and the body of the instrument).

Design : Understated design to balance the fiery temperament of these new Dragonbait NX4. Subtle balance of EVA foam and AAA quality cork. Impregnated wood insert.
