The PENN Tidal XR Beachcasters rods are fitted with a sliding reel seat and allow for the use of either a spinning type reel or a revolving drum reel. These sliding reel seats not only provide versatility in reel choice, but also meet the angler's expectations who prefers to optimise the positioning of his reel. These rods are also fitted with sea-treated rings and the blanks have been specifically designed for achieving very long casting distances.
