Part of the latest generation of hard lures developed by GUNKI, the KNIFEHEAD is a longbill minnow that casts far! Its tungsten weight-transfer system is held by a magnet inside the lure. It is released by the impulse of the cast, producing a catapult effect that propels the lure into a straight, stable position at long distance. Available in beautiful colors, it swims at all retrieval speeds thanks to its precise design and perfect balance. This new GUNKI longbill minnow is extremely versatile. It reacts to the slightest twitch, doesn’t throw the hooks whatever the retrieve speed, and stops dead on pauses. Offered in DR (Deep Runner) version, the KNIFEHEAD 68SP-DR sinks quickly to reach its swimming depth. An indispensable asset for slow, precise fishing for perch and zander lying on the bottom. During summer open-water fishing, its slim profile reduces refusals, especially in clear water. Size 68 is recommended in small waters and around schools of fry. Its proportions are suited to the usual prey of zander and perch. Still bring a small leader with you.
