The Orion Jig, of a rather compact shape, can be used for casting or jigging. Its unique profile is the perfect compromise that allows it to descend quickly with slight oscillations. It's these oscillations that bring life to the jig and trigger attacks. As with most lure fishing, vary the retrieval: accelerations and pauses will increase the number of bites and trigger violent attacks. Designed by Eric Le Guyader for fishermen operating on our coasts or abroad. The Orion Jig has a slightly more compact shape than average, just right, and can be used for casting (in 60 g) or jigging. Its singular silhouette provides a swift descent and very lively lateral oscillations. Easy to handle and very attractive on the descent and retrieval, it has been a standard for many years and is essential in the box of any self-respecting jigger! Remember to alternate speeds and retrieval amplitudes to get the best out of it and irritate GT, Dogtooth Tuna, Groupers etc.
