The Orion Jig, with a quite compact form, can be used for casting or jigging. Its unique profile is the right compromise that allows it to sink quickly with slight oscillations. These oscillations bring the jig to life and trigger attacks. As with most lure fishing, vary the retrieval: accelerations, pauses will increase the number of bites and trigger violent attacks from them. Designed by Eric Le Guyader for anglers operating on our coasts or in exotic waters. The Orion Jig has a shape a bit more compact than average, just what it takes, and can be used for casting (in 60 g) or jigging. Its singular silhouette gives it a quick descent and very vivid lateral oscillations. Simple to handle and very attractive on the descent as well as on retrieval, it has been a standard for many years and is indispensable in the box of all self-respecting jiggers! Remember to alternate the speeds and amplitudes of retrieval to get the most out of it and annoy the GT, Dogtooth Tuna, Groupers, etc.
