ZENAQ has filed a patent （PAT.No.7061787）for its new IKARI blank that equips the new FOKEETO IKARI. Unlike other blanks that are hollow, the IKARI blanks are solid and incorporate a super-elastic carbon material. These rods are extremely slim but have phenomenal break resistance as well as an extraordinary resilience force. Thanks to their both elastic and supple action, the FOKEETO IKARI manage to control short, long and slow jigs whereas previously a specific rod was needed for each jig type to obtain the desired action. Its extraordinary power reserve will give you a definite advantage in a tough fight against a fish and you can fully count on your FOKEETO IKARI. FIGHTING WITH LARGE ANGLES
With the IKARI carbon core, you do not have to worry about a possible break during the fight as is the case with high-modulus carbon blanks. You do not fight directly with your reel but you fight the fish with your rod and you can apply greater force to it. An IKARI blank will help you bring bigger fish up faster because the rod absorbs the majority of the load.
