Jmc backing is made from very high quality dacron that is soft and non-abrasive for guides. Its evenness enables perfect spooling, and avoids tangling in the event of powerful runs. Its diameter means a considerable length can be spooled on the reel.
This backing has the diameter of a standard 10 lb backing with 30 lbs strength, so the reel can be loaded without impeding the line. Ideal for saltwater and salmon fishing.
