The body of the HAGANE S Compact is made from lightweight aluminium, protected against sea water corrosion. However, in smaller sizes, the Tekota also makes an excellent freshwater trolling reel, with more than enough power to stop big freshwater predators. The easily used star drag offers great stopping power and the inclusion of a line guide simplifies line management, as it automatically lays the line smoothly on the spool. For a mighty and very smooth start, 3 A-RB shielded bearings resistant to corrosion support the smooth brass gears, along with Coreprotect water protection for long-lasting performance.
