Finding the right size: Stand straight, then with a tape measure, measure the circumference of the widest part of your chest, wrapping it around your torso, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. This chest measurement will determine your size. It is recommended to add 2.5 cm (1 inch) if you wear thick layers.
Standard: from 58 cm to 107 cm (23'' to 42'')
Adjusting the harness: Start by loosening the straps on the harness before putting it on. Then tighten the straps around your body, then adjust the shoulder straps. The harness should be well fitted to the body: secure but without excessively tightening. The straps should remain comfortable, and the padded part should sit fully on your shoulders, without digging in. Tuck the excess strap into the provided elastic loops.
