The YAMAI 68s is intended for stalking large trout in medium and large rivers. Its patented balancing system (M.S.W) gives it exceptional precision and casting distances to prospect the opposite bank and fish powerful water lanes. Handcrafted in Japan, its body is covered with a thin sheet of aluminium whose refractive index gives it a finish with very natural reflections. With its tapered body and small lip, the YAMAI 68s never comes off even in very strong currents. Suitable for upstream as well as downstream fishing, it naturally swims in a straight line but do not hesitate to animate it by twitching to flash its flanks and to use it with high-rod dandling while drifting as well as in calm areas and holes. The YAMAI 68s is a silent Heavy Sinking of 7.5g, equipped with red hooks to trigger more strikes and fine-wire ones to optimize hook penetration. If you target large fish, we therefore recommend changing the rigging to models with stronger wire.
