The Series 4 Parallel are back to the delight of everyone. All sections are compatible with the older Series 4 whether it’s the kit, sections 6, 7 and 8. From section 9 (butt) we have a parallel butt. Although it is stored separately from the 11.5m section, to avoid any additional bulk in your sleeve you can use it to store inside the cupping kit, the landing net handle or other mini plus and short of any size. These rods are made from an even more advanced carbon. The XL rods are supplied with two Parallel mini extensions that can be fitted either to the 11,5 m blank or the 13 m one, which allows fishing at length when the tip is removed. The XL rods will delight the most demanding in terms of lightness and handling. The XL SW versions are even stiffer, more powerful and offer excellent stability in the wind. The novelty lies in the tops. On the xl rods, the rods are delivered with ‘finesse’ tops with an internal 2.5mm outlet, to gain in maneuverability and fishing comfort. The 5G carbon gives the rod exceptional stiffness for rods of this blank. Also note the big return of ‘power match’ and the appearance of ‘power carp’, rods for all budgets, designed by specialists.
