The Shad Impact required a lot of research and attention to detail in its design. In order to create a lure that maintains a permanent horizontal posture, it was necessary to combine several types of plastic of different densities. The back of the Shad Impact is made of a light, floating plastic that does not contain salt, whereas the belly of the Shad Impact is made of a denser salt-containing plastic. This combination guarantees perfect balance for this soft lure. The Shad Impact remains upright in a permanent horizontal position, exactly like a fish stabilized in the current, in an ideal position to be attacked by a predator. On twitch, the Shad Impact makes sudden moves imitating a panicked fish. In extra slow retrieval in calm waters, the Shad Impact proves to be formidable. The Shad Impact contains natural squid flavors which have been compiled directly into the mass. Keitech achieves extraordinary colors thanks to its double mold process.
