The Altera is the benchmark spinnerbait from Scratch Tackle. If you could only have one in your box, this would be it. With its stainless steel wire frame, it allows you to fish the most cluttered areas and cut through the densest vegetation. At the end of its arm it features the classic combination of a large willow blade and a small auxiliary Colorado blade mounted on a clevis. A high-quality ball-bearing swivel provides excellent blade rotation. It has a very full skirt made of ultra-soft silicone strands creating very attractive volume effects.

The Altera is available in weights corresponding to most predators in our waters, from perch to pike. It will allow you to cover all water layers very efficiently thanks to its two blades which give it a very consistent swimming action. This combination provides complementary vibrations and offers the characteristic of being fishable even on the fall during releases ("helicopter effect"). The Altera thus remains active from its impact on the surface right down to your feet for maximum effectiveness.
