The organic fiber blanks of the « X10 » series incorporate naturally derived materials such as plant fibers (cellulose microfibrils), giving these rods surprisingly high vibration damping and shock absorption performance. This new type of material has a tensile strength that surpasses fiberglass in terms of strength while being much lighter. Megabass thus offers a series of rods with a particularly soft action without compromising on weight. Finally, the "Project X10" team aimed for sustainable manufacturing and the use of natural materials helps reduce CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process. Of all the composite materials used by ITO Engineering so far, it is the most durable and the most functional material. The F4 1/2-611XT was developed for the use of very lightly weighted soft plastics (Weightless), so it will be perfectly suited to finesse fishing practiced in environments where fishing pressure is high, for example in street fishing. We also recommend it for using hard baits that exert little pull on the rod, such as minnow jerkbaits.
