The Hi-Tide SSD range is a series of high-end rods from Tailwalk for all shore lure fishing for sea bass.

These excellent casting rods feature a lively blank for quick action (action : fast) but are progressive enough to limit hook losses during a fight. Their extreme versatility will allow the use of all types of lures (e.g.: hardbaits/crankbaits, stickbaits, casting jigs, soft lures, etc.)

This series of rods is also ideal for freshwater predator fishing such as bass, zander or pike. All models in this ultra-quality range are fitted with a rear EVA handle with a unique profile that optimizes your casts and provides a comfortable grip when handling. Highly ergonomic, their Fuji VSS reel seat goes unnoticed in the hand. The Hi-Tide SSD are also equipped with Fuji KTSG guides on the tip section and a robust Fuji KWSG at the butt. The guides are slightly oversized to optimize casting.

With its 2,70 m length and power, this rod is perfect for shore sea bass fishing on rocky coasts or on beaches in the surf - even in strong conditions. It allows long and precise casts. This versatile model can also be used for light shore jigging with casting jigs (50 g max).
