The PENN Rival reel has been specifically designed to provide a highly versatile reel at a very attractive retail price. It features a very lightweight graphite body, aluminum side plates and rings for greater robustness. It is equipped with the famous Penn HT-100 drag, very smooth even when subjected to high loads. The spool is fitted with Line Capacity Rings which make it easier to see the nylon or braid that has come off the spool during a fight.
