To ensure that pike hunters tracking specimen fish with big lures don’t miss out, we developed the XXL version of the SUCKER PUNCH, the SUCKER PUNCH 250, our armed soft swimbait shad. Inspired by the iconic NITRO SHAD series, we put all our experience into this new challenge. We developed a soft lure shaped like a large baitfish offering realism and volume. Its soft plastic is lively like our famous NITRO SHAD, combined with a large tail that gives it a rolling swim at very low speed. The premium rigging made up of an ultra-sharp single hook on the back and a ventral treble hook mounted on a rolling swivel guarantees fewer unhooks during the fight and helps preserve the lure. As with the two smaller sizes, the SUCKER PUNCH 250 is easy to animate. A simple straight retrieve is enough to trigger solid takes. Its density allows very long-distance casts. No doubt this explosive cocktail will make the SUCKER PUNCH 250 your new go-to REFERENCE for chasing record pike regardless of the environment or destinations (Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Quebec,...). The SUCKER PUNCH 250 is only available in the MR = 'Medium Runner' version, which is recommended for effective mid-water fishing or in openings in weedbeds, and you can add a 'John Weight' type sinker to the rolling swivel to adjust the swimming depth.
