After years of research and development, countless tests and adjustments during fishing action, CARPSOUNDER introduces a brand new detection concept. Initially, the technology of these unprecedented indicators was designed for modern catfish fishing. Unlike conventional detectors, the Cat-Sounder is attached directly to the rod upstream of the reel seat. Thanks to a sensorial detection with intelligent programming the indicator can differentiate three types of different touches: shocks and vibrations, regular pull-outs, and back touches. For each type of touch its sensitivity can be independently adjusted over a wide range of 9 positions. This triple differentiated parameter setting allows the adaptation of the Cat-Sounder to any situation, the current, the wind, power and diameter of the rod, size of the live bait, fishing distance, etc.
• Specific indicator for catfish fishing with integrated radio transmitter and high-tech sensory detection. • Compatible with the CENTRALE XRS ACC. • Possibility to connect and differentiate by tone and LED color up to 7 CAT-SOUNDER indicators. • The very compact detector attaches directly to the rod above the reel with an ingenious quick attach system. • The CAT-SOUNDER can detect and differentiate the three typical types of touches for catfish: Vibration, Slow and regular departure (regular tilt of the rod), and the back touch in case of breaking off. • For each type of touch the sensitivity can be adjusted separately over a wide range. • For each type of touch, the detector has a specific audible and visual signal to inform the fisherman with the greatest precision on the exact course of each touch. • The specific signals are also transmitted to the control center. • Automatic transmission to the control center of the tone set on each indicator. • Automatic transmission to the control center of the LED color set on each indicator. • During its development, the CAT-SOUNDER was conceived for bank fishing and fishing from a boat. • Tone adjustment over a very wide range. • Volume control with mute position (sound signal only on the control center). • LED color setting (7 colors to choose from + "deactivated LED" position). • ACC LIGHT FUNCTION to continuously indicate the correct radio connection with the XRS ACC control center using the LEDs of the control center in standby position (see description of this invention in the features of XRS ACC control center). • Ultra compact shell in fiber-reinforced polyamide, virtually indestructible and 100% waterproof. • Stainless steel screws by two invisible screws on the front. • Batteries: 2 X LR03 AAA
