Johannes Dietel came up with the idea of applying the Rushka quick-change principle to a bladed jig. This is how the Chatter-Rushka was born. Since all you have to do is screw on the hook, you can change lures in the blink of an eye. The lures are soft lures that must always be used in combination with the Chatter-Rushka. The Chatter-Rushka is a highly vibrating chatterbait that all predatory fish respond to very well, especially during the warm season. That is why the Rushka clip on this lure is particularly sturdy and holds the hook securely in place, even during hard-fought battles. This means you can use the Chatter-Rushka not only for perch and zander fishing, but also for pike fishing. The Chatter-Rushka really comes into its own in shallow areas. The metal plate also protects the hook from weeds. You can also jig with the Chatter-Rushka. Give it a try. One promising technique is to make several fast retrieves and then let the lure sink. The movement of the rubber lure is slightly dampened thanks to the flexible connection between the head and the trailer, compared with classic bladed jigs. This new lure response can often make all the difference. Regarding the material, we have avoided lead, as with all the products we develop in collaboration with Johannes Dietel. Jumuth has a density similar to that of lead. Zamak would be another alternative to lead. However, zamak has a significantly lower density than lead, which would make the lure unnecessarily bulky and would in turn result in poor swimming action. Tungsten would have made the Chatter-Rushka considerably more expensive and, for the smaller sizes, there would also have been insufficient volume to design a functional head shape. We hope you are happy with our decision to avoid lead. The additional cost compared with lead is quickly forgotten when you consider that, in the future, thanks to the great flexibility in hook sizes, you will need to buy considerably fewer bladed jigs. INFO We chose the wire thickness of the Chatter-Rushka clip so that you can use practically all hooks suitable for perch, zander and other fishing. Below, in the Accessories section, you will find suitable hooks from our range. For the 5 g Chatter-Rushka, however, we advise against using our largest Chebu Hook in size #4/0. It no longer fits together correctly, and this combination would not make much sense from a fishing perspective. Likewise, you should avoid using our smallest Rushka hook, #8, with any Chatter-Rushka. This does not work particularly well from a fishing perspective either.
