The new KAIRIKI G5 is a new Shimano braid with unique characteristics. This 4-strand braid uses an additional center strand made of a heavier, more durable material. It is therefore a braided line that sinks quickly and offers several advantages to anglers. The line is heavier and thus less affected by wind during the cast, and by the current during the initial fall into the water. As a result, the angler gains quicker control of the lure. During the sinking phase, the line sinks faster than ordinary braided line, which makes fishing easier, particularly for light lures at depth. Other high-gravity lines are made of nylon and fluoro, but compared to those, the new KAIRIKI G5 has no elasticity and a much higher breaking strength. This new KAIRIKI G5 has been developed for true fishing gear fanatics who like to fine-tune their equipment to the fullest to achieve the best possible results.
