The super-strong polyethylene fibers come from the Japanese fiber and textile manufacturer TOYOBO. The braiding of DANGAN is also done in Japan; this line has almost zero stretch and provides very high sensitivity. DANGAN is treated with a coating that enhances its glide through the guides and protects it over time. There is less friction in the guides and also a lower risk of tangles with this braid due to its relative stiffness.
