Closely approaching the manufacturing process of braided lines used for lure fishing, the Baseline Sinking Bread offers a combination of properties never seen in a braided mainline body for carp fishing.

An eight-strand braid that features a high-density central fiber surrounded by premium-quality Dyneema, it has a smaller diameter with a round profile to aid casting and spool filling. The line sinks and lies quickly on the bottom for greater stealth.

Added to that is a new technology in braided mainline bodies - the Baseline UV Yellow has ultraviolet-reflective strands allowing you to instantly identify the position and direction of the line day or night.

The yellow color provides maximum line visibility during the day but also in the dark; if you illuminate it with the UV Powerbanx headlamp at night, it appears instantly.

For boat anglers, the advantages are numerous, as it makes it easy to identify line positions regardless of visibility, thus reducing the risk of lines snagging or being cut by propellers or boat keels. The high-visibility properties of the Baseline UV are also useful when you fish with three rigs on the same spot or when you are fighting a carp to know whether it is above or below the other rods.

Available on spools of 600m and 1200m.

The reflective properties of Baseline Braid UV Yellow will slowly diminish over time, but by turning the contents of a reel spool you will double its lifespan.
