The new KAIRIKI G5 is a new Shimano braid with unique characteristics. This 4-strand braid uses an additional thread in the center made of a heavier and more resistant material. So, it's a braided line that sinks quickly and offers several advantages to fishers. The line is heavier and therefore less affected by the wind during casting, and by the current during the initial fall on the water. As a result, the fisher has faster control over the lure. During the sinking phase, the line sinks faster than the ordinary braided thread, which makes fishing easier, especially for light lures, in depth. Other high-gravity lines are made of nylon and fluoro, but compared to these, the new KAIRIKI G5 has no elasticity and has a much higher breaking resistance. This new KAIRIKI G5 has been developed for true fishing gear fanatics who love to fine-tune their equipment as much as possible to get the best possible results.
