The Turbospod 14000 has been designed for high-speed spodding. Thanks to its ultra-fast gear ratio of 5,7, this reel is capable of an impressive retrieve of 1,45 m per handle turn! Designed to be a high-performance reel, its worm-drive gearing system, floating line guard and oversized anti-twist line roller make long-distance spodding easier. Exceptionally robust, the Turbospod 14000 features a stainless steel main shaft, and a high-strength graphite body and rotor, giving it a lightweight 680 g weight for its size.

Other features include an open-lock rotor, ultra-slow oscillation for perfect line lay and three captive line clips on the spool for triple marking. For fast cranking, the silk black anodised CNC aluminium handle is fitted with a comfortable moulded rubber knob.

Add a shallow casting spool compatible with most modern spodding braids, including the Subsonik Spod/Marker braid from Sonik, and you have the perfect long-range spodding reel.

Each Turbospod reel is supplied with a Sonik-branded finger protector to protect your finger when casting with braid.
