building on the success of our original gravity carp rods, the sonik team has developed something really special with the new gravity! months of testing and precision design techniques have produced a rod capable of casting to extreme distances. the high-modulus, low-resin carbon blank delivers a very powerful casting action and provides ultra-fast tip recovery for accuracy! furthermore, the handle features an anti-torsion core, offering more casting power without compromising the blank action of the rod. the blank has been fitted with ultra-light black seaguide tdg dl rings with pvd coating which further enhance this rod's casting ability... in the right hands, the sky is the limit! finished with a sleek semi-matte armored carbon design and a slim japanese duplon handle, the gravity is in a class of its own. other features include an anti-tangle tip ring and a 17 mm dps reel seat for modern long-distance reels. all models, except the two 10 pieds versions, are fitted with 50 mm guides. there are two 10 pieds models 3 lb-3,5 lb, three 12 pieds versions 3 lb, 3,25 lb and 3,5 lbtc and a 13 pieds 3,75 lb for the absolute distance seeker. a dedicated 12 pieds spod/marker rod is also available.
