The organic fiber blanks of the « X10 » series incorporate naturally derived materials such as plant fibers (cellulose microfibrils), giving these rods surprisingly high vibration damping and shock absorption performance. This new type of material exhibits a tensile strength that surpasses fiberglass in strength while being much lighter. Megabass thus offers a series of rods with a particularly soft action without compromising on weight. Finally, the team of "Project X10 » aimed for sustainable manufacturing and the use of natural materials helps reduce CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process. Of all the composite materials used by ITO Engineering to date, it is the most durable and most functional material. The F4 1/2-611XT was developed for the use of very lightly weighted soft baits (Weightless), so it will be perfectly suited to finesse fishing practiced in environments where fishing pressure is high, such as street fishing. We also recommend it for using hard baits that exert little pull on the rod, such as minnow jerkbaits.
