The W3 Powershad-T 3rd Generation rods are a series of medium-fast action rods aimed at versatile predator anglers, designed to handle all kinds of larger, heavier lures. We have not altered the unique, proven action of this rod, but we have updated it with a high-performance Torayca® carbon blank that offers a quick response and allows you to feel even the lightest contact on your lure right at your fingertips. The W3 Powershad-T 3rd generation is available in different lengths and several casting powers to cover a wide range of predator fishing applications. The new heavier models are ideal for the larger lures used for pike, large zander and other XL-sized predators. This rod pairs perfectly with a Westin BaitCaster reel in size 200 or 300.
