The IKAGAMI TR 68MH is a rod specially developed for boat fishing for European cephalopods (less aggressive than their Japanese relatives) that respond more effectively to gentler jerks. It is ideal for fishing with Egi Type Run (TR) sizes 3.0 and 3.5 weighted up to 45g. This rod was also designed for vertical cephalopod fishing (Tataki technique) with Ika Metal up to 120g. The IKAGAMI TR 68MH offers excellent bite detection and its round action helps limit squid unhooking during retrieval.
