The Impulse Hybrid Solid Elastic was developed to offer the modern pole angler a truly versatile range of elastics, capable of handling every situation.

The Impulse Hybrid Solid Elastic was designed to provide the ultimate balance of elasticity, control and performance in a high-quality modern elastic. Made from premium-grade latex impregnated with silicone and benefiting from a Hybrid construction combining the main properties of solid and hollow elastics, the result is a particularly smooth and controllable Hybrid elastic, perfectly suited to a very wide range of pole-fishing techniques and fish species.

What sets the Impulse Hybrid Solid Elastic apart is its extremely smooth operation, achieved through its silicone treatment. This allows the elastic to slide through the kit as easily as possible, even when subjected to high tension or in changing weather conditions. This pre-treatment considerably reduces jerks and irregular movements of the elastic that can lead to lost fish. This is an essential quality during fights, and one of the most noticeable differences when the elastic is under heavy pressure.

The Impulse Hybrid was developed to cover practically every situation the modern pole angler may encounter. Available in a complete range of nine diameters, it starts at 1.2 mm, corresponding to No.5, perfectly suited to silverfish and light canal fishing. The range then increases in regular increments of 0.2 mm up to the thickest and most powerful model: 2.8 mm, corresponding to No.20, in blue. This is the elastic to choose when targeting large carp weighing over 10 kg. The seven intermediate diameters perfectly fill the gap between these two extremes, ensuring that there is an Impulse Hybrid suited to practically every pole-fishing situation.

Each Impulse Hybrid Elastic is supplied in a practical 5-metre length. A single pack is therefore enough to comfortably equip two standard 2.4 m kits, or three 1.8 m F1-style kits, with elastic still left over. Less waste between kits, less wastage at the water's edge and excellent value for money for a premium elastic of this quality.
