the fixed extension gives you the correct height relative to the deck and the g-hold provides a tight retention for the trolling motor shaft. hauteur totale hors pont 160 mm (6,3 po)

the support can be removed from the starport when not in use, thus clearing the deck for fishing.

an adjustable extension r-lock can also be used when the motor shaft is offset from the support. if you simply need more length, adding a swivelport as an extension can also do the trick.
